What a caring hotel!! 5/5

Stayed here totally by accident as should have been flying on holiday when the snow hit!! Managed to find a room for the night here and thank goodness we did. Nothing was too much trouble for Ann and Andy, we were very well looked after and treated like members of their family. Andy even took us to their sister hotel that evening, in the driving snow and icy conditions, to make sure we could eat a good meal and then, when we finished, collected us and took us back. One of their staff, Karen, managed to get in to work on the Thursday in the awful weather and she was an absolute gem too, even giving my husband and I a lift back to our car on her way home later in the day. Thank-you for everything, you really helped to take the edge off the situation of having our holiday cancelled and we will never forget you, we will be back!!
